Responsibilities
Brainstorm and bring fresh and exciting campaign ideas, trends and concepts to the team weekly to assist building the social content calendar for individual Loan Officers
Execution of the content calendar for our JV Loan Officers via content publishing system.
Work with Social team members to manage aspects of the Social program, including:
Hosting 1:1 strategy social sessions with loan officers
Hosting bi-weekly office hours
Sign-up members
Maintain membership in program and assist with reactivation, opt-outs and terms
Manage inboxes across all programs as needed
Support and manage the content library within our CRM
Upload content and assist with keeping library clean
Maintain and manage approvals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0-2 years’ full-time work experience
Must have a Facebook account and basic understanding of Facebook Pages (Classic and New Experience), LinkedIn and Instagram.
TikTok, X and Threads experience is a plus.
Customer service experience a must.
Understanding of content publishing systems (Sprinklr, Sprout Social or Hootsuite preferred)
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must have strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to work with a team
Bonus: Experience with Smartsheet, Workfront and Total Expert
