Description:WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe C6ISR line of business within RMS has recently undergone a strategic reorganization, consolidating four market segments into three and realigning portfolio programs. This transformation positions C6ISR for greater operational efficiency and enhanced market focus. Consistent with this initiative, we are seeking two Program Finance Directors to lead critical market segments: USW and C4ISR.
THE WORKAs a Program Finance Director, you will manage all Business Operations functions for your respective market segment, including program accounting and controls, with direct reporting to the CFO for the C6ISR line of business. You will also:
Oversee the financial performance of programs and the broader portfolio.
Partner with Program Offices and Business Development to shape new opportunities.
Engage directly with domestic and international customers across multiple entities.
Lead geographically dispersed teams to deliver impactful financial strategies and solutions.
Position 1: USW Market Segment
Location: Manassas, VA (50% on-site).
Travel: Visits to Syracuse, NY; Mitchel Field, NY; Clearwater, FL; and Palm Beach, FL.
Team: ~50 finance professionals, 6 direct reports.
Portfolio: ~$1.7B in annual sales.
Position 2: C4ISR Market Segment
Location: Flexible (<50% on-site).
Travel: Visits to Colorado, Manassas, VA; Valley Forge, PA; Huntsville, AL, and international travel to Australia.
Team: ~30 finance professionals, 4 direct reports.
Portfolio: ~$0.9B in annual sales, with significant international programs.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree with minimum 10-15+ years experience across several finance related disciplines such as Program Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Financial Controls, Accounting
• Prior Leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and business judgment across multiple areas including Program Finance, F&PA, and financial reporting
• Capture/proposal experience
• Demonstrated strategic thinking
• Demonstrated ability to implement solutions across a Business Unit
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and “Building Effective Relationships” skills
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse teams
Desired Skills:• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Previous experience as program finance lead over large market segment/LOB
• Ability to work in matrix environment
• Experience in Government contracts with defense and/or national security applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
