Description:You will be a Product Lead for our production efforts in Chelmsford, MA, responsible for one of our PAC-3 product lines. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while meeting/exceeding cost and schedule business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Product Lead, you will provide direction, coordination, communication, and leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure the site meets/exceeds quality, cost, and schedule business objectives. You will lead and facilitate production line teams, foster teamwork, and direct teams with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
You will understand and perform a variety of cross-functional manufacturing operations including production planning and scheduling, use of SAP/MRP systems, quality management systems, manufacturing/process engineering, and material/manpower management. You will likely be experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations and will monitor, report, and provide performance status and progress to team.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years of professional experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, with at least an Interim Secret prior to start. U.S citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
• Production Supervisor experience, Production Scheduler experience, or IE or ME Experience
• LSS Greenbelt Certified
• PMT Lead Experience
• Knowledge or experience in continuous improvement and cost reduction and affordability
• Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
