Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities A "floor tech" or "floor technician" is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in commercial buildings, including offices, hospitals, schools, and other facilities, by using specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals to sweep, mop, wax, buff, strip, and refinish various floor surfaces, often requiring the operation of floor cleaning machines like buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums, while adhering to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
