In this role, you will:- Developing business with external clients
- Lead or participate in developing and maintaining relationships with home builders to increase business and market share within a region
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for a larger business segment or geographic region
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, and large-scale business needs, or operational strategies for business development in the Mortgage Program functional area
- Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring excellent understanding of the Mortgage Program function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence business objectives and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with Mortgage Program peers, colleagues, and managers and external customers building external relationships to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Mortgage Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of Mortgage originations experience
- Experience developing new business with home builders (Business-to-Business)
- Proven track record of experience in sales
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
