What you'll do...
A Senior Manager of Product and Equipment in Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from design and development to production and quality control, ensuring efficient equipment utilization and optimal product quality, while also strategically managing the equipment assets within a manufacturing facility; requiring a skillset that blends technical expertise in manufacturing processes, deep understanding of product design, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions regarding equipment maintenance and product improvements.
What you will do…
- Product Development and Management: Leading the design and development of new products, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring products meet market needs and quality standards.
- Equipment Management: Overseeing the procurement, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, including preventative maintenance schedules and capital expenditure planning.
- Production Optimization: Analyzing production data to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and maximize production output while minimizing costs.
- Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the production process, implementing quality checks, and addressing quality issues.
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of engineers, technicians, and production personnel, delegating tasks, and providing leadership and mentorship.
- Cost Management: Monitoring production costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets for equipment and product development.

The annual salary range for this position is $79,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
