What does a successful Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity & Technology Audit do?
The Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity and Technology Audit will work closely with the Chief Audit Executive to identify, prioritize, and execute the audit engagement strategy and related initiatives throughout the Corporate Assurance & Advisory Services team and Fiserv for the cybersecurity and technology auditable entities, ensuring their successful implementation, sustained operations, and resultant value. This leader will be accountable for overseeing the development of a sound audit strategy and framework that will be applied and administered throughout the enterprise as well as establishing and overseeing the development of related reporting. This role has exposure to the Executive Team and Board Committees.
What you will do:
Establish a sustainable and risk-based process to ensure audit coverage for the Cybersecurity and Technology auditable entities within Fiserv by Working with the CAE, Technology, Cybersecurity, and Line of Business Information Officers.
Ensure appropriate audit and advisory coverage across the enterprise and the various business units for the tech and cyber areas.
Lead or support various due diligence activities for potential transactions including potential initiatives tied to merger integration activities.
Develop and incorporate appropriate strategies to incorporate and apply automation and continuous monitoring techniques into the audit plan for the relevant auditable entities
Provide insight to the Chief Audit Executive and executive management through consultation and proactive communication
Provide subject matter expertise as necessary for high profile incidents
Serve as a liaison and representative as necessary in regulatory interactions

What you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree
15+ of relevant audit, technology, or risk experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in a governmental agency, military institution, law enforcement, Fortune 500 environment or leading professional services firm
Minimum of 10 years leading strategic technology, audit, or risk program initiatives
Active Audit related certification required

Financial Services industry experience
Relevant professional certification, such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, and working knowledge of NIST and COSO, or other alternative frameworks and its organizational application
Organized, influential, analytical and demonstrated success as a leader within a highly complex business and audit function
Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate, influence and inspire at all levels within the organization. Ability to build consensus among CAAS leadership.
Strong understanding of global laws, regulations and standards, experience working in highly regulated global environments
