CFS is seeking a District Manager for the Findlay, OH area! This position is headquartered in Findlay, but the territory will cover multiple locations throughout Northern Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be ready to take on new challenges!

Position Overview
This position is responsible for servicing customers in the assigned area, this includes management of employees in the area.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages staff in the assigned accounts including scheduling staff, training staff, and performance coaching. This includes having employees/accounts in a variety of locations.
- Regularly visits accounts to ensure services are up to standard thru audits and accounts have positive customer relationships. Each site to be audited at least once per month.
- Completes a weekly recap to each client, via email.
- Ensures all sites complete required scope of work
- Ensures accounts have needed cleaning supplies, including training supervisors on ordering
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and make minor repairs as needed.
- Ensures accounts are operated within budget on labor and supplies. This includes ensuring pay rates are within scale for employees.
- Ensure timekeeping for employees is accurate prior to payroll processing
- Screens applicants, interviews applicants, offers jobs, and conducts orientations
- Monitors the paging system daily to assure each building is staffed as required
- Solicits extra billing services from the customer and manage the extra billing services thru completion
- Ensures that all safety policies and safe working practices are followed
- Completes a weekly email recap to VP of Operations
- Attend company meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Ability to stay on task while working independently
- Ability to manage and train people
- Good driving skills and driving record as this position requires travel to multiple sites in the same day
- Microsoft Office/Google Office skills
- High school diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in a position with related responsibility
- Ability to respond to business needs as they occur
