Job Summary:
- The New Product Development M. E. Manager performs vital functions in more than one phase of bringing new technology to market.
- They develop, or find and evaluate, better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products, which involves techniques, processes, and procedures.
- The NPD ME Manager’s main goal is to lead their team, in all manufacturing development phases, and promote continuous improvement of product quality through lean concepts and activities.This is while developing their team and managing the work breakdown structure of the gate process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing/operations/ product design
- Capability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines and resource constraints
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000
