Job Summary
The Greater Northeast (GNE) Region is looking for a Regional Contracting Project Administrator Team Leader. In this role you will be able to foster growth/development, implement standard work and leverage capacity/skill sets more effectively across the region.
Responsibilities:
The GNE PA Team Leader will have the privilege of focus to accomplish the following:
- Evaluation of current processes across the region and implement standard work that leverages best in class
- Represent the Region, as a whole, on the PA Counsel and bring back learnings consistently across the region
- Creation of Standard Work for newly required processes
- Development plans for Project Admin team members
- On-boarding and assimilation of new PA team members with a consistent model
- Evaluate current work tasks/reporting items that are being done at the local levels that can be done more effectively and efficiently at a Regional level and assign those tasks.
- Support Regional Contracting Leaders with business evaluation and improvements
- Support Regional Implementation of the upcoming implementation of Worksight (Forecasted for Q3 2021)
- Act as regional LOC for new implementations
- Leverage regional resources to accommodate for peaks and valleys in specific areas.
- Implementation and evaluation of the Project Coordinator role (will include the partnering with the Equipment Fulfillment peer) and create standard work for the role. Evaluate the potential to implement this role more broadly.
- Speed to market – standard work and best practice sharing for booking of projects
- Improve Customer Experience – standardized and streamlined processes for customer facing items.
Qualifications:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Participate in and contribute to lean improvements activities including generation of Standard Work and evaluation of processes for continuous improvement
- Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
- Financial acumen and experience with cost forecasting and revenue recognition
- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required.
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
