Our Thermo King business is connecting our transport HVAC and refrigeration products and providing digital solutions to help our customers efficiently protect drivers, passengers, and cargo. Using our connected solutions, our customers reduce fuel consumption, carbon emissions, and downtime while increasing the comfort and safety of passengers and shelf life of cargo, including essential cargo like food and pharmaceuticals.
Core Job Responsibilities (others may be added):

Utilize reliability statistics to identify trends and provide a clear synopsis of risk

Determine root cause physics of failure and provide recommend corrective actions

Use warranty data, and cross functional input to develop product requirements

Provide facilitation for DFMEA and DVPR activities
-
Develop Accelerated Life Test plans to meet project deliverables
-
Provide reliability plans and lead FRACAS efforts for New Product Development projects
-
Participate in technical design reviews to assess project status and design readiness
-
Document and present results and insights through formal reports and reviews

Lead, mentor, and train others in reliability methods

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in an engineering or related field
- 3+ year of engineering related work experience is required
Additional Desired Qualifications:

A degree or certificate in Reliability Engineering

Master’s of Science degree in an engineering or related field

American Society of Quality, Certified Reliability Engineer

Knowledge of Reliasoft products, Minitab, Microsoft Office including Access, Alteryx, Tableau
