工作概述：
根据业务发展及增长需求，开展解决方案新建业务，达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长。与内部团队跨部门协作，沟通设计院，顾问，工程公司，为客户提供方案设计，在满足客户需求的情况下，实现特灵解决方案新建业务在区域内的推广和销售的任务。
关键岗位职责：
- 结合公司战略目标及市场情况，制定销售策略和行动计划并落实，实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标；
- 向客户阐述特灵整体系统解决方案(高效机房整体解决方案，变风量空调系统解决方案，冰蓄冷，自控系统解决方案等）性能和优势，根据项目需求，和技术支持团队一起为客户定制有竞争力的技术方案，建立和维护良好的客户关系，取得新建项目业务；
- 积极寻求项目机会，扩大特灵HVAC系统整体解决方案业务的市场覆盖和影响力。
- 部门内部/跨部门协作完成综合型项目；
- 日常销售行为符合公司要求并及时进行系统更新；
- 依照公司要求的销售目标完成各项业绩指标，及时完成订单及收款。
任职资格:
- 本科或以上学历，有较强的暖通或其他理工科专业背景（如制冷及低温技术，建筑环境与能源应用，电气工程等）；熟悉暖通、自控系统；
- 5年以上的空调系统解决方案的直销经验；具备空调设备销售或者机电工程销售经验；
- 有熟悉的业主，设计院，机电顾问公司资源（包括但不限于高端自用商业地产，工业类客户如制药与生命科学，电子与芯片，食品与饮料，数据中心，机械，汽车、烟草、物流等行业的工业厂房或仓库类客户）；
- 对工程概预算及施工过程有一定了解，能识图纸，并制作暖通系统简单的流程图，系统图等；
- 对销售工作充满热情，目标为导向，解决问题为导向，；
- 学习能力强，容易接受新知识，逻辑性强，能独立完成客户演示；
- 能够并愿意到负责区域出差；
- 具备英语读写能力。
