This is a technical sales leadership position that involves the HVAC indirect equipment sales and fulfillment process. This position will be responsible for the plan/specification estimation and pricing process, fulfillment of secured projects, and sales/technical support to internal and external customers. Additional responsibilities include the direct supervision and development of the Regional Equipment Solutions Team.
Major Responsibilities will include:
- Manage Inside Sales Process: Core responsibilities include estimation of Applied, Unitary, Ductless, and Buy-Sell projects, submittal generation, project order entry, and project management of plan and specification jobs. Assist with bookings forecast and team goals.
- Team Performance and Staffing: Responsible for Regional Equipment Solutions Team performance and metrics. Assist in annual performance and salary reviews for assigned team members. Responsible for attracting, coaching, training, and selecting assigned team members through available performance management process and technical product training programs.
- Account Management: Provides primary and secondary account management responsibilities as needed to support the Systems business. Typical accounts will include plan/spec and design build contractors, consultants, and assigned Buy/ Sell vendors.
- Process Ownership: Provides ownership of Inside Sales processes including Regional Bid Coordination, order processing, and estimation of assigned projects. Coordination of projects may include systems sales engineers, controls sales engineers, sales process leader, and business unit leaders.
