Job Responsibilities:
Accounts receivable & Intercompany accounting and related tax works, including but not limited to:
- Understand the annual objectives and timely monitor the completion progress of annual personal performance and development goals.
- Comply with the Company’s policies and procedures; Comply with China accounting and tax, or any other required external financial regulations; Comply with Ethics and Standards of China accounting; Consult with the functional management and/or HR whenever uncertain.
- Perform a variety of AR&IC accounting and tax related assignments according to the team lead or manager’s instructions and coaches. It includes designated processes of invoicing, cash application, sub-leger entries, Intercompany charges, and monthly account reconciliations and functional reporting. It also includes coach less experienced members in standard process with effective reviews of their works.
- Timely review entity designated IC accounts and collaborate with other accountants or consult with finance management where applicable to ensure IC transactions are adequately supported and resolve IC out of balances and disputes.
- Engage teamwork spirit, prioritize the work and deliverables per annual objectives and manager’s instructions and requirements.
- Establish sound business relationship with internal customers and external partners.
- Lead on the sub-processes of Lean/OPEX process improvement efforts.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
- At a minimum have more than 3 years in AR related accounting works
- At a minimum have China College English Level Six
- Proficient with Microsoft Offices
- Accounting certificates are plus
- Fluent English communication is a plus
- ERP experience of Oracle, PeopleSoft is a plus
