Job Summary:
Supervises, directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in departments activities in assigned areas. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and attainment of goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises all warehouse operations and works toward the attainment of area goals and objectives.
- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established ISO procedures and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Work with areas such as scheduling, production, logistics, customer service to align strategies.
- Schedules work for special and periodic inventories, plus cycle count program
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Cooperates with other departments to get the plan and material supply to meet the production objectives.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
- Develops or revises operational standards and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Works on a daily basis with employees concerns and resolves problems to achieve company goals and to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Resolves grievances or submits unsettled grievances to area manager for action.
- Develops and perform data analysis, as required.
- Participates in periodic meetings, as required.
- Assesses all day-to-day activities to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identifies employees needs related to performance problems, training, and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Monitor and comply with assigned metrics.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Maintain the work area clean and organized.
- Support lean initiatives (5s, RIE’s, SQDIP, MDI, 9 step).
Comply with company policies and procedures, including EHS and ISO requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in materials.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledgeable of ISO and lean manufacturing advantageous

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents):$52920- $110,160
