Job Summary:
-
Manage cross functional supply chain team resources around NPD and VAVE projects.

Coordination and project management of New Product Development and Value Engineering projects.

Influential leadership of a cross functional team through the development and utilization of a project timeline while maintaining it throughout the life of the project.

Regularly provide feedback and actively participate in the improvement of project management practices.

Champion cross functional team member’s collaboration while enhancing design for manufacturability and ease of integration to manufacturing facility.

Develop and manage capital and expense related to team and project funding

Develop and gain buy-in for comprehensive strategies for product roadmap from cross functional stakeholders

Evolve and maintain on-going pipeline of high quality and high impact projects ideation and evaluation.

Lead reoccurring touchpoints with key stakeholders to align resources, resolve issues, and review project status ensuring successful and timely product launches.
Education and/or Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering discipline preferred) and at least five years of experience in project management, product design, process engineering and manufacturing engineering.

Experience in managing projects, working in cross-functional team environment, and/or functioning as project team leader required. Strong organizational and communication skills required.

HVAC or heavy industrial environment preferred.
Essential Skills and/or Knowledge:
-
Excellent project and resource management
-
Knowledge of advance quality planning, PPAP process, manufacturing process development, design for manufacturing techniques, material flow, material procurement, team collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of life cycle cost analysis, process capability analysis, capacity analysis, and supplier development.

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents):$85320-$178740 + annual bonuds from 5-10%
