Job Summary:
Describe the overall purpose of this position, including the value that it brings to the organization.
Take the full responsibility for the transport products reliability and qulity ownership to support the TK AP engineering activity.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Broad knowledge on Reliabiltiy and Quality
- Working patience for the assigned job
- Work independently with very little supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A sense of urgency and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals.
- Travel is need.
Key Competencies:
- Interacts with the development engineer to develop the reliability model for the components and units validation testing plan and follow up the testing execution.
- Lead the DFMEA and PFMEA activity during the new product development
- Take the ownership for the failed components root cause analysis and the improvement testing. Provide the improvement suggestion to development engineer.
- Travel to field to follow up the failure analysis in the customer sie and fix the issues happened in the field.
- Warranty data analysis for the top 10 high failure components and work with team to improve the reliability and quality accordingly.
- Achieve the COPQ decrease annual AOP target
- Other assignments from the manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Abundant theoretical experience in assigned areas: Refrigerant system design, Heat exchange calculation, and system critical parts selection, etc.
- Be familiar with product development and evaluation processing.
- Good communication skills (written, oral & presentation) in English.
