FULL-TIME POSITION on 2nd SHIFT. ELIGIBLE FOR HIRING BONUS.
Essential Functions:
Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to drill, spot weld, insert, and/or test raw materials, parts components and/or assemblies.
Education:

High school diploma or GED
- Blueprint Reading

- Rejected and/or reworked parts
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific job.
- Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific job.
- Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance.
Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
- Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
- Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals

- Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
- Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations in specific job assigned with assistance.
- Demonstrate ability to make minor adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.
- Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
- Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban and TKSs).

- Demonstrate ability to do all proto typing of parts without any assistance.
- Demonstrate ability to understand production scheduling and communicate effectively with assembly and feeder departments.
