Job Summary:
This role is critical in enabling and insuring internal and external customers can seamlessly process and receive orders, and vendor-direct orders can be processed for billing. Areas of focus include tax and waiver management, customer and user account set-up and management, billing, and support for Canadian Customs Invoices. The successful candidate will thrive working in a small team environment with the ability to work independently, and in support of team members, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Process manual, vendor drop-ship, tax, and marketing financial transactions
- Monitor and trouble-shoot Accounts Receivable transactions
- Provide support for SOX compliance, Internal, and External Audits related to all processes
- Use of ECM (Electronic Certificate Management) to collect tax waiver certificates
- Use of Vertex to provide tax support for internal and external customers
- Provide support for customer account set-up
- Provide Digital Tools support related to customer set-up
- Facilitate Oracle user access request set-up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a clerical, customer service, or inside sales role.
- MS Excel proficient and experience with Oracle is a plus.
