Position Summary:
Paint Watercooled/AF/RA units and componets
2 days shifts available
1 night shift available
Position Responsibilities:
- Work in designated work station
- Must meet Takt time
- Follow 5S standards for area
Key Competencies and Success Factors:
- Paint Prep/wash bay
- Paint Watercool, AFRA units, Oil seps and other miscellaneous production pieces
- Clean and prep for next shift.
- Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
- Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested
Experience and Skills Required:
- Education standard: High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months experience either automotive, structural or other
- Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
- Production paint experience
- Willing to learn the paint process, line flow
- PIV Experiences
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $15.48 – $19.77
