Position Description
The Electronics Test Technician will support operations through processes – test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies of printed circuit boards, ensure compliance to regulating authorities, meeting engineering specifications, and protecting our customers.
Essential Job Functions
Test complex electronic printed circuit boards
Maintain high level of board quality and throughput from test area
Troubleshoot failed assemblies/test equipment and work with manufacturing engineering as needed
Work with inspection rework team members on failed printed circuit boards
Provide feedback and assist as needed on development of test procedures
Provide input on continuous improvement on test processes
Follow safety procedures
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules work instructions, standard work, etc.
Ability to meet short and long term deadlines
Ability to effectively present information to other team members both written and verbally
Effectively meet the needs to internal and external customers (completion of daily schedule)
Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives
Works to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements
Continuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Ability to function and thrive in a team environment and independently

Education, Experience & Skills
High Scholl diploma or GED required
Two (2) year Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 6 months of experience in electronics/printed circuit board field preferred
Work schedule flexibility.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including business acumen and understanding assembly operations.
Ability to collaborate and support various teams to achieve desired outcome.
