Job Summary:
The role of a Regional Service Manager is to manage the after sale support activities for our customers and OEM partners. In addition, the selected candidate will be required to develop an understanding of the business to an extent that s/he can provide product information back to engineering as well as market insights to allow the business to adjust with the market accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer and dealer technical support through the use of virtual as well as face to face interactions. This will include assisting with procurement issues, collecting Q&R data, diagnostics, and negotiating commercial settlements.
- Develop a relationship to support Bus Manufacturers and support them both with installation needs and after sale support, and training.
- Engineering data collection and field testing, as well as database management to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Solid project management skills, and the ability to organize multiple inputs and variables to achieve a preferred outcome.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree or technical equivalent.
- Solid technical understanding.
- The ability to use microsoft office products and computer diagnostic tools.
