Position Summary:
Lead and provide support to materials area. Oversee inventory control functions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately and effectively conduct inventory transactions
- Backflushing, cycle count program, RMAs
- Escalate part shortage, drive continuous improvement in material flow processes.
- Ensure compliance to safety regulations and procedures are implemented
Key Competencies and Success Factors:
- Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills
- Broad working knowledge and experience with Standard Work and basic materials movement
- Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude
- Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs if requested
- Familiar with Basic Problem Solving (BPS 9 step) and working knowledge of lean fundamentals
Experience and Skills Required:
- Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
- Cincom, Material Control
- Completion of basic Forklift Training, PIT, Stacker and Crane Safety Orientation
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of plant receiving, material storage and materials movement processes

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $17.24 – $19.77
