Job Summary：

Responsibilities:

Work with 20+ external suppliers to insure purchase orders and Invoicing stay in sync
Work with the Customer Service Team, Commercial Sales Offices and Finance teams to support PO reconciliation.
Utilize Oracle BI Reporting, Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions in order to support data accuracy.
Develop and Maintain reporting to track the overall levels of PO in sync/out of sync.
Conduct regular meetings with Leadership and Finance Team reviewing status of current outstanding PO and good received not invoiced.

Qualifications:

Computer proficient with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office applications
Considerable knowledge of industry related supply base
Experience with visual management systems.
Able to provide direction and training to peers as needed.
Basic mathematical skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Maintain basic knowledge of supplier processes and capabilities.
Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Broad working knowledge and experience with ISO procedures.
Must be a strong written and verbal communicator, able to communicate to various audiences effectively
Team oriented, must have the ability to work cohesively with others.
Must be able to work well with external suppliers.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
