Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing the Solutions Marketing Leader is responsible for strategy and leadership of product marketing and commercialization for the $3B+ business Residential HVAC and Supply within Trane Technologies.
This role will lead a team to support marketing needs and value proposition development across all equipment products, digital products and Supply that deliver sustainable growth. This position requires a focus on driving outcomes, excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication and influencing skills and will partner closely with others in marketing, customer experience, product management and sales.
This position may be filled in Davidson, NC, La Crosse, WI, Indianapolis, IN or remotely.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that are aligned to the integrated marketing plan and strategic business goals to drive increased revenue for digital products, equipment and parts/supplies.

Commercialization—Ensure market activation and strong value proposition development of products and programs through the value chain. This includes sales enablement input associated with the launching of products, dealer programs, or detail to customers for both new and ongoing product development and solutions to deliver business results

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing executions tied to business results, new product introductions, and account-level performance via established metrics and dashboards

Lead optimization of product marketing plans by analyzing programs and recommend year-over-year improvement to plans

Monitor and understand competitors offering and positioning including product, placement, messaging, and digital strategies

Learn, understand and launch new offerings tied to sustainability, incentives and IAQ

Cultivate strong relationships within marketing, customer experience, product management, sales, partners, and other areas of the organization

Help to represent the voice of the product management teams around marketing to the organization
Qualifications:

7-10 years of marketing and/or communication experience

Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadership

A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high performance environment

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar; MBA preferred.
