Job Summary:
Director, Marketing Communications leads the development and delivery of comprehensive content strategies and marketing communications to increase internal and external customer engagement using scalable processes and integrated operations across all lines of business.
Essential Functions:
- Direct a team of content and marketing professionals to execute communication strategy and implement tactical plans in support of company and department goals
- Serve as a strategic business partner to collaborate with markets, products, business development, enterprise project management and other functional teams to ensure marketing communication deliverables are met
- Lead compelling strategies to build brand awareness for short-term and long-term marketing objectives
- Institute best practices, proactively scale programs and implement mechanisms to drive content maturity for business growth and expansion
- Align technology with business expectation and need to deliver exceptional member and provider experience across brands, products and services through impeccable execution
- Establish procedures and success metrics for key marketing performance indicators with reporting and analysis
- Evaluate and measure operational performance, communication development and content prioritization to support and maximize return on investment
- Ensure continuous analysis of competitive environment and industry trends
- Champion team culture of continuous improvement in efficiency and operational excellence
- Hire, coach, develop staff and provide leadership including performance management
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee routine business reviews
- Forecast, develop and manage annual budget
- Perform any other job-related duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or related discipline is required
- Masters’ Degree preferred
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and/or proven track record of executing communication strategies
- Three (3) years of management experience is required

Licensure and Certification:
- Content, Digital or Marketing Management certification preferred
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$110,800.00 - $193,800.00
