Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance, with a focus on succession planning and managing various HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA.
- Facilitate succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
- Utilize HR systems such as Kronos, Taleo, Ceridian, and Paylocity for efficient HR operations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee understanding.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Kronos, Taleo, Ceridian, or Paylocity is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective succession planning strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
