In this role, you will:- Train and uptrain WellsOne Commercial Card Fraud and Billing teams
- Manage and maintain department trainer progress tracker for each individual in training
- Update procedures and write new procedures, when needed
- Meet with Fraud and Billing managers monthly to provide updates on training progress and discuss upcoming and current training needs
- Backup worker for the different Fraud and Billing teams to keep hands-on working understanding of each group and update procedures as needed.
- Provide ongoing coaching to both teams
- Create and manage a resources list for every position on the Fraud & Billing teams
- Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
- Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment
- Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Visa and Mastercard Commercial Card experience
- Learning and Development experience
- Previous training and coaching experience
- Experience writing procedures
- Experience with TSYS processing systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Job Expectations:- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
