About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an
Associate Technology Business Services Assistant supporting the
Contact Center Operations Group within
Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role you will:- Be responsible for recording inquiries as well as repair and service requests
- Interact with immediate team on basic information related to routine tasks
- Interact with internal and external customers regarding any technical issues in their processes
- Perform routine operational and customer support tasks related to technology
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
- Support the technology team in providing solutions to the internal partners and external customers for any technical issues in their respective functional area
- Track service request status and follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction

Available work shifts: Shift will be assigned, and is subject to change, based upon business needs.
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PT, Friday-Tuesday
- 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. PT, Friday-Tuesday
- 9:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. PT, Sunday-Thursday
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience with desktop, laptops, PCs, and telecommunications technology
- Experience navigating multiple computer monitors, and screens, while working on the phone
- Experience providing technology production support including troubleshooting for intranet and/or web internet applications
- Experience within customer service and/or call center environments
- Experience with Wells Fargo Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) processes and procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, LiveMeeting, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) skills
- Experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: Customer Information View (CIV), HOGAN, Jabber, GAX, Real Time Stats, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Splunk, and Universal Soft Phone
Job Expectations:- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
- Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
