Job Summary
Metro by T-Mobile is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Duties
- Supervise daily store operations and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting new products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in grocery store or retail environments is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
- Proven upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
