About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to the team. This includes project documentation preparation, partner concern for dedication, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do:
Set-up and enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
Set up client contracts and project budgets into project management system.
Process documentation for project commitments/PO’s and change orders with suppliers.
Manage access and troubleshoot issues for various systems.
Support Finance with timely invoice payment activities, research and resolve invoice issues, as needed.
Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
Support development and issuance of recurring client reporting.
Support document organization, user rights and accesses to folders
Support supplier onboarding activities to get new suppliers set up in procurement systems; verify and ensure compliance of current and newly onboarded vendors and contractors.
Support HSE activities via accurate and timely work hours reporting.
Schedule meetings and communication plans amongst teams and clients.
Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Solid understanding in financial and project management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Short paragraph introduction to role and / or team.
