What does a successful Client Sales Support do at Fiserv?
You will identify, cultivate, and secure growth opportunities through upselling, cross selling and direct sales support of agent and ISO partners within the CardConnect channel, primarily aimed at achieving and driving new merchant-services growth. Key: Must be fluent in Korean.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and growth opportunities for newly signed partners
- Liaise with internal departments (client management, sales support, relationship management, training, onboarding) to ensure Partner needs are fulfilled effectively
- Build, maintain and manage partnerships by resolving issues with your assigned base
- Increase partner value proposition through presentment of payment product services and solutions
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of related experience, education, and/or military experience
- 2+ years of experience in the payments or financial services industries.
- 2+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager
- Advanced proficiency in Korean
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of experience working within teams, in a collaborative working environment with a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Bachelor’s degree or with 5 years sales-related experience
Important information about this role:
The expected amount of travel time spent visiting clients and other work locations is 20%.
