Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
Responsibilities:
- ANSWERING A LARGE NUMBER OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS
- SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
- FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
- MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS
- PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION
