What does a successful Sales Development Representative do?
This is an exciting entry level sales opportunity! We are looking for driven candidates that want to jump-start their career through sales and business development. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging existing customers to generate interest through our value-added services for the Cross Sales Team. What you will do:
- Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting existing customers via outbound phone calls and emails.
- Track all contacts and activities in the CRM database.
- Qualify prospects by using strategic questioning techniques.
- Identify and overcome objections and execute follow-up actions.
- Demonstrate high motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast-paced team environment.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year of experience in sales customer service, or related field.
- Experience in sales (retail or other).
- PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.
