What does a successful Account Executive do at Fiserv?
At Fiserv, a successful Account Executive is responsible for identifying and selling additional products and/or services to existing customers. They are passionate advocates for our solutions, helping clients utilize our products to their full potential and fostering long-term relationships. By understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, they contribute significantly to our company's mission.
What you will do:
- Conduct product demos and effectively handle objections.
- Identify and recommend products or services that meet customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments, educating customers on how our offerings solve their problems.
- Manage every step of the cross-sales cycle, from introduction to close.
- Maintain a strong and organized pipeline in Salesforce CRM, accurately recording all customer interactions.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience as a Sales professional/similar role, preferably in the payments or financial industry, and/or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM and managing a sales pipeline.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Certification in sales training or related programs.
