Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Financial Strategies:
- Create and execute financial plans to support the client’s growth and profitability.
Manage Budgeting and Compliance:
- Oversee the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Monitor and Optimize Financial Performance:
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure sustainable financial health.
Support Decision-Making:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with business goals.
Oversee Financial Systems and Processes:
- Maintain and improve financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to streamline financial operations.
Lead Financial Risk Assessments:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- MUST be located in the United States

- If not licensed, be willing to get licensed in the financial industry.
- Must be a great communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
