KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lash extensions, lash lifting, lash tinting
- Brow lamination and brow tinting
- Client management, inclusive of checking clients in/out and building client loyalty
- Self marketing and promotion via social media and other direct channels
- Selling memberships, products and services
- Ensuring a fun, friendly, comfortable, and sanitary studio environment
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
***Must have current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the State of MA***
- Prior lashing experience is PREFERRED.
- Willing to learn new techniques and partake in additional training. We will provide additional training and professional development for anyone with the right character, work experience, passion and commitment!
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Regular schedules offered.
- Be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Positive, proactive, and a team player.
- 1yrs+ eyelash extension experience preferred with client service industry experience an additional plus.
