Overview

 

Job Summary:


The Sales Catering Manager is responsible for managing and growing catering accounts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue through strategic solicitation of both past and new business.

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet or exceed revenue targets across food, beverage, and room rental segments.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Solicit New Business: Identify and pursue new catering accounts to generate business and increase revenue
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales goals across food, beverage, and room rental segments.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients to plan and deliver successful events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in networking opportunities and entertain clients to build and solidify relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.



Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in sales or catering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
