The Mgr Early Career is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide rotational and intern programs, including university recruiting program and strategy. In this role, you will partner with applicable council(s) and business leadership to align recruiting, people planning and development for the entire early career professional employee population while leading a team comprised of program manager(s) delivering the rotational and intern programs, relationship management and logistics related to university recruiting and onboarding, and activities supporting these programs. Interpersonal savvy with an ability to build and nurture numerous relationships across the organization & influence where necessary are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads programming and processes supporting the development and retention of early career professionals throughout the company, including rotational employees and interns
- Determines business need, secures headcount approval, determines impactful training and development, and coordinates workforce planning/career development activities for team members and program participants
- Develops and oversees university recruiting strategies and processes, including university relationship management, maintenance and revision of strategic schools, management of campus ambassador programs, and new hire onboarding efforts
- Regularly consults with business leaders and partners related to their talent needs focusing on early career, and coordinates placement and rotational schedules
- Communicates and reports training performance, compliance and completion metrics to the organization including standardized dashboards and ad hoc requests
- Maintains process documentation to promote common understanding, define roles and responsibilities, drive consistency in application, and ensure process continuity
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or similar; a minimum of six (6) years of related experience
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or similar; a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Thorough understanding and application of project management skills, including change management
- Ability to build and nurture relationships and influence where necessary
- Solid analytical, budgeting, and cost-management skills
