Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to ACDelco Direct Accounts in a reoccurring frequency.
The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility and relocate 50 miles within Nashville, TN.

The Market Area Manager professional has territorial responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its ACDelco Direct Accounts, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the ACDelco Direct Accounts and IAMs, and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow business relationship with ACDelco Direct Accounts

Attain district’s sales objective.

ACDelco distribution footprint.

Demonstrate extreme ownership of the ACDelco customer experience.

Provide support for primary and secondary customer training activities.

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to support profitable growth in IAM.
