What does a great SMB Sales Consultant do?
This is a great sales opportunity at a growing company! We are looking for driven candidates that want to make a career in inside sales. The SMB Sales Consultant will be responsible for working a sales pipeline that comes from our software and referral partners. They will be responsible for holding certain closing percentages on these leads while also maximizing revenue to the company. As a SMB Sales Consultant you can look forward to:
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and overcome objections
- Identify products or services that may fit the customer’s needs
- Maintain a strong and organized pipeline in the SalesForce CRM, including accurate recording of all interactions with customers
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers by educating customers on products, services, and other offerings, highlighting how they solve customer problems
- Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Basic qualifications for consideration:
- High school diploma and/or GED
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or military experience
- PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience
- 2 years sales experience (retail or other) preferred
