We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the next generation of solutions for Clover Sport. This is an in-office, individual contributor role, where you will collaborate with a broad range of top-notch engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, customer-centricity, and strong product ownership to ensure that Clover Sport continues to define the future of omnichannel commerce in sports and entertainment.

What You’ll Do:
Product Ownership:
- Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for Clover Sport, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop, prioritize, and execute product features that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Customer-Centric Development:
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for the needs of venue operators, concessionaires, and fans.
- Work closely with sports venue operators, food and beverage teams, and fan focus groups to identify pain points and craft transformative solutions.
- Partner with customer success and support teams to gain insights into product usage and adoption, translating feedback into actionable requirements.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Define and track key success metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of your products.
- Drive data-driven decisions using telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to refine and optimize features.
- Pilot new features and functionality prior to general release, gathering early feedback and ensuring adoption.
Collaboration and Influence:
- Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment and deliver innovative solutions.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to define the value proposition and positioning of your products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to balance competing priorities and align on goals.

What you need to have:
- 8+ years of product management experience in an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage and/or Sports & Entertainment industries.
- Experienced in product roadmap planning, go-to-market strategies, and managing end-to-end product releases.
- Proven experience in defining, developing, and launching products in an Agile environment.
- Skilled in market research and analysis to gather insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for product success.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs, especially in omnichannel commerce solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decisions and leverage analytics to measure product success.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with a customer-first mindset.
What is nice to have:
- Familiarity with arena operations, food service management, or large-scale event management.
- MBA or a similar graduate degree is a plus but not required.
