What you will do:
- Conduct product demos and expertly address objections, showcasing in-depth product knowledge.
- Identify and recommend Fiserv products or services that meet customer needs, presenting and promoting offerings to existing customers.
- Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, recording all customer interactions accurately.
- Engage customers confidently over the telephone, leveraging outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with software partners to expand their businesses and provide outstanding customer service.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a results-driven environment.
- High school diploma and/or GED.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar system for sales pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of experience in the payment industry.
