Prudential’s cross-function communications team is looking for an internal communications strategist who specializes in bringing internal events to life, in partnership with creative services and production specialists. Fromlarge-scale town halls to smaller, virtual events, you will have a critical role in ensuring that the communications strategy and messaging of our events are creative, engaging and successfully meet the needs of stakeholders. We are seeking someone with strong project management and internal communications experience. You will manage the entire life cycle of the internal communications strategy of an event from strategy and planningto working alongside event services for management of the “day of” experience.
In this unique role, you will also have the opportunity tosupport a variety of employee engagement campaigns and internal communications activities, advising on appropriate communication and engagement techniques and proactively identifying communications opportunities. In addition, you may also write, edit, produce, and distribute internal communications content.
Work closely with corporate function communication leaders to determine an event's needs and requirements, and create detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources.
Strong skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, Teams, SharePoint file-sharing, PowerPoint, and occasional Excel.
Hybrid role requires approximately 8 days monthly travel to Newark, NJ. This travel is considered commuting and therefore is non-reimbursable. Prudential also reserves the right to adapt these expectations based on business needs and the changing requirements of the role.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
