Position: Sales Manager – Metro by T-Mobile
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
Job Overview
As a Sales Manager for Metro by T-Mobile, you will lead and drive the sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure customers receive the best wireless solutions tailored to their needs. You will also implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to demonstrate effective sales techniques and exceptional service.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Experience
- Cultivate a customer-focused culture by ensuring team members understand and meet customer needs.
- Handle escalated customer issues, resolving them effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile's products, services, plans, and payment options.
Team Development
- Train and mentor sales staff, ensuring they possess the product knowledge and skills required to succeed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Support business growth initiatives by organizing promotional events, business-to-business prospecting, and local marketing activities, such as distributing flyers and hosting pop-up events.
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in telecommunications or retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Basic knowledge of wireless technology and mobile devices is preferred.
- Must exhibit professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.72 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
