MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
A. Have experience working for one of the following organizations/companies on construction scheduling supporting litigation (lawsuits) or Government protests: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), West Point Contractors, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), Hensel Phelps Construction, CH2M Hill, Guidehouse, Leidos, Raytheon Technologies, or Boeing.
B. Maintains current certifications as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
C. Must demonstrate past experience conducting schedule analysis on mission critical facilities and/or highly complex commercial, municipal, or institutional facilities.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
D. 15 years of experience in developing and analyzing construction schedules for projects of at least $30M in contract value. Must have Design Build and Design Bid Build Projects as part of experience. Experience in overall building complex program is considered an advantage.
E. Forensic Scheduling: Must provide details to show they are an expert in determining how actual events occurred impacting the original schedule delivery date. Must demonstrate the able to clearly convey to lay audience the sequence of events and their impact to the overall project schedule.
F. Demonstrate the ability to review construction schedule and identify any activity relationship changes, logic errors, trend analysis.
