The Role
As a Client Referral Partner, you’ll:
- Tap into your professional network to identify businesses that would benefit from Olive + Goose’s services.
- Serve as a trusted bridge between these businesses and O+G, facilitating meaningful introductions.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to understand client needs and tailor our services to meet their goals.
You’ll have the freedom to work alongside your current role or business, with no quotas or ceilings on earnings.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 10+ years of professional experience in roles like Business Leader, CFO, COO, Controller, B2B Sales, or Finance Executive.
- Thrives on building strong, meaningful relationships.
- Has a strategic mindset and a proven track record of spotting opportunities.
- Communicates with confidence and clarity.
- Is proactive, positive, and results-driven.
