Salesforce knowledge will be critical, but still need all of the normal QA experience to include not just Salesforce but other applications. We are a small, focused team and require very active participation from all team members.
Salesforce System Administrator candidates need to be experienced in:
- Grooming user stories and identifying risks / challenges / questions
- Working as part of the development team in the role of a system administrator
- Creating / editing lightning flows
- Resolving integration challenges / issues
- Reviewing logs
- Managing connected apps
- Administration for Salesforce Shield platform encryption
- Creating / managing DocuSign Gen templates (not just eSignature)
- Reading apex is a plus, but this role is not expected to actually code
- System Administrator functionality
- Troubleshooting incoming tickets reported by operations
- Providing recommendations / training for users as needed
- Working with clients on connecting single sign on for specific users
- Managing backup and archive through Own
- Administering With Secure Cloud Protection
- Participating in the capacity of a QA resource for Auction
Salesforce as the system of record, but being able to troubleshoot all integrations and other applications connected to Salesforce.
