Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Technician, with a minimum of 3 years in the field
- Proficiency in installing or servicing a variety of HVAC systems, including but not limited to, furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, light commercial, ventilation systems and mini splits
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, codes, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
