Job Title: Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A

Job Summary
The Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives that align with the Global Services objectives. This position is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives that drive growth and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels. This role will also serve as a key business partner to product management and the channel partner team, driving insights that enhance decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies driving the Global Services growth objectives.
- Work closely with product management to assess the financial viability of new product launches, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
- Collaborate with the channel partner team to analyze performance metrics, optimize partner profitability, and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives across all business units
- Oversee the development of financial models to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and channel effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between finance, product management, and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings that foster collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial goals and operational execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team including the shared services resources in India, promoting a culture of analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
- Drive professional development initiatives within the team to enhance skills in financial modeling, analysis, and business partnering.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements in financial reporting and analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial planning processes to ensure agility in responding to market changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles; experience in technology industries specifically in services business is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in product management and sales/channel operations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization and influence decision-making processes.
Minimum Salary: $202,400.00
Maximum Salary:$290,950.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $202,400.00 and $290,950.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
